We keep hearing from teams who have participated in our Team Top-Ups: "I wish it were longer!" or "We want more" so we have designed a Part Two workshop to continue the journey together.
Team Top-up (Part Two)
This Top-Up takes teams to the next level. Building on the foundations of resilience and connection we set in Part One, this workshop strengthens team cohesion, enhances leadership and strategic planning skills, and promotes individual wellbeing within the emergency management sector.
BOOK NOWThis 3 hour workshop is for teams who have already participated in our Team Top-Up workshop, and are looking to strengthen their team's leadership and collaboration skills. Participants will engage in a series of interactive activities designed to foster self-awareness, mutual support, and strategic planning for leadership growth.

Through engaging activities like the "Leading Well" leadership planning, attendees build a shared understanding of effective leadership. Reflective exercises on stress management and equilibrium strategies help participants recognise their personal stress signals, and develop support mechanisms for themselves and others.
The most common feedback we get is: "one of the most impactful trainings I've ever attended."
In Part One we help teams who are exhausted but not done, come together to rejuvenate, strengthen team connection, and build a foundation of individual and team wellbeing strategies to meet the challenges they're facing.
In Part Two, we dig deeper into teams' leadership, collaboration, and resilience skills to work better together and navigate future challenges.
